All of our products are hypoallergic, free of parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde, known or suspected carcinogens or endocrine disruptors.

Endseen products are produced in Canada and meet Health Canada's stringent regulatory requirements.

Endseen products are suitable for all skin types. If you have a particular skin condition or are sensitive to fragrances, please consult your physician prior to purchasing and using Endseen products.

Endseen products are cruelty-free and vegan. We are Leaping Bunny Certified. In addition, our materials are never sourced from threatened or endangered plant species or ecosystems.

Endseen products and packaging are 100% recyclable. Rinse your hand wash or hand lotion bottle before recycling. Empty aluminum tubes can be placed as is. Paper packaging can be flattened before recycling.

We ship Endseen products worldwide. Free ground shipping in USA and Canada is provided for all orders over $100. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APOs or FPOs.

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days via ground shipping. Tracking will be provided once your order is shipped. During the holiday season, we ask at you provide us a bit more time due to an increase in order volume. 

If you any special circumstances, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Products are shipped from our West Coast warehouse.

Customs documentation will be provided for all international orders; however, they may be subject to additional duties, taxes and fees.  

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened or used products. Returned items must be unopened with original packaging. Shipping charges will be deducted from any returned items. Exchanges are not permitted.

Please email connect@endseen.com with any concerns about your purchase and to recieve an authorization and return shipping label.

When a return is approved, it will be credited to the original form of payment or a store credit will be offered. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed from the day we receive your returned package. An email confirmation will be provided.

We do not accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed.
